By accessing or using the Enverium platform, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Enverium is a VSME disclosure exchange for preparing, requesting, reviewing and reusing company disclosures. Albris LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States, operates Enverium and is the contracting and billing entity. The organisation that invites companies and operates the request workflow pays; invited companies may accept, complete and submit the requested disclosure at no charge. This participation is not a general free plan. Ongoing requester pricing is based on the number of companies invited. Every implementation starts with three months of implementation and support at no cost and with no obligation, and does not convert automatically. Paid access and additional services are governed by the written agreement with the customer. Enverium does not provide legal advice, assurance or certification.

You must use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service in breach of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorised access to the platform, accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with availability, integrity, or performance of the service
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading material
• Process personal data without the required legal basis or authorisation

Unless otherwise stated, the platform, software, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Enverium or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

The service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations agreed with the relevant customer. To the extent permitted by law, Enverium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that must remain uncapped by law.

Personal data must be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where relevant. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Hosting, processing locations, and security measures may depend on the agreed service configuration and customer deployment model.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be posted on the site or otherwise communicated. Continued use after such changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law specified in the applicable customer agreement or, absent such an agreement, by the law designated in Enverium's legal notices for the relevant contracting entity.
